Matt and I went on our first vacation together over the weekend. We made a trip to Chicago and had lots of fun. We went to three museums and walked around a bunch. It was a beautiful weekend to spend outside. We experience the Field Museum and saw lots of neat things. Walking through it reminded me of the movie "Night at the Museum" where everything comes to life. It was funny. We also went to the Shedd Aquarium and saw a Komodo Dragon. Then on Sunday we went to the Science and Industry Museum. There were so many things to see there, we spent hours and still didn't get to see it all.
Well on Nov. 5 was Reese's 1st Birthday. She got to enjoy some doggie ice cream (she was shivering so bad eating it Matt put the box heater next to her) and she got lots of new toys to enjoy. We also had Circle come visit us on Monday while Jaime and Chris took the boys to see the Wiggles. Circle doesn't care much for Reese but Reese sure loves to play with Circle. It was a night of many growls and a couple snips and lots of barking.
